Yasmin is a Computational Biologist at the LGR. She has a BS in Neuroscience and PhD in Biomedical Sciences. Her research background includes live cell imaging, fluorescent biosensors, cancer biology, and CRISPR for precision medicine. At the LGR Yasmin is providing computational support for a range of projects, specializing in single cell sequencing analysis.
