James Sacco is a bioinformatics programmer at the LGR, with a research background in monogenic blood and lysosomal storage disorders, as well as precision oncology. James's current work at the LGR focuses on enhancement of CRISPRa/i for generic cell lines. Besides bioinformatics, James takes special interest in machine learning applications for omics data and CRISPR screens.
